Neurofilament bundles extending around Purkinje cells and processes in rat cerebellum (A, x530; B, x1320). Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded rat cerebellum was stained with anti-neurofilament 200 polyclonal antibody, using HRP Staining Kit for IHC (Biotin-Streptavidin based). DAB was used as chromogen and hematoxylin as counterstain.
